Returns of unopened products can be made within 14 days of date of purchase.
(This excludes Botu-Crio; this product needs to be stored under proper frozen temperatures and therefore cannot be returned.)

Delivery Method and Timing
Standard Ground Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is Ground Delivery. Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 5-10 business days after the order has been filled. Orders will usually be filled within 3 business days.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for an additional shipping charge.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the checkout process. Please note that we cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
There will be a $10 fee charged on all packages returned for non-delivery. We encourage you to use a commercially zoned business address for delivery whenever possible.
